Our In-Home Solutions Technicians don't just install TV. We're trained to offer personalized technology to customers, while teaching them how to use and get the most out of the products they've purchased. And we don't stop there satellite broadband, appliance repair, and connected home technology are additional skills we train as we lead the Smart Home revolution.

As an In-Home Solutions Technician, you will:

  • Act as an advocate for the customer simplify the technological experience by educating customers on the products and services they've purchased

  • Sell technicians customize the needs of every customer by selling personalized products and solutions while earning valuable incentives

  • Install/upgrade cutting edge technology relocate power, place mounts, satellite dishes, televisions, routers, cameras, receivers, whole home connectivity technology, and many more products/services

  • Conduct site surveys - determine the best positioning of our equipment for strongest signal reception, and conduct in-home assessments to determine which personalized products and services would enhance the customer experience

In-Home Solutions Technicians have the following:

  • Need to achieve sales technicians are driven and focused on exceeding customer expectations with every single job

  • Strong customer advocacy skills; friendly, approachable, communicative, knowledgeable, with a resilient work ethic and high degree of integrity

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates and remain within the individual weight requirement of 335 lbs

  • Sales, electrical, maintenance/repair, cable, military, and/or customer service experience are a plus

  • Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard

The WEX Health/DBI Compliance and Privacy Officer provides leadership, direction and integration of compliance activities to meet all relevant requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including third party guidelines. Directs integrated implementation and evaluation of compliance initiatives and on-going compliance activities. Interfaces with senior management in the representation and development of various strategic compliance programs, policies, services and initiatives. Responsible to manage responses to attorneys and regulatory bodies related to compliance matters, including written appeals. Essential Duties: * Oversee the management of the WEX Health and DBI Compliance teams. * Direct the assessment of targeted compliance issues, investigations, or potential problems. * Provide proactive and timely responses to state and federal agency requests, in addition to the handling of any other regulatory concerns, coordinating with Legal where necessary. * Respond to written complaints, appeals and subpoenas. * Proactively mitigate potential risks found through the appeals process and through the review of COBRA cases left unresolved with the client. * Act as WEX Health's and DBI's Privacy Officer, ensuring appropriate written policies and procedures for compliance with regulatory requirements related to privacy issues. * Oversee HIPAA Incident Report risk assessments to determine status. If notification under state and/or federal regulations is required, compose required notifications to clients and individuals impacted with input from Legal. * Support implementation of corporate compliance initiatives as directed by the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. * Coordinate the development and implementation of the compliance plan that incorporates the seven elements of an effective compliance program described in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines with support from the Corporate Compliance function. * Continually raise awareness of compliance, integrity and risk issues. Review compliance related content to be included in employee training and education. * Communicate regular updates on trends and advances in legislation and regulation ensuring that knowledge and relevant information is passed to key stakeholders to include senior management, DBI, WEX Health, WEX, Inc. team members, clients and channels. * Participate in and bring the Compliance perspective to the DBI Security and Risk Committee; DBI Critical Situation Committee; DBI Change Management Stakeholder Committee; and DBI Client Request Committee. Lead WEX Health quarterly compliance meetings. * Oversee the coordination of WEX Health's and DBI's TPA state license and corporate registration renewals with Patton Compliance. * Draft and revise company policies using PolicyTech. * Review and update DBI's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessment to ensure it reflects the organization's highest compliance-related risks and provide similar input to the WEX Health risk assessment. * Evaluate changes in regulatory climate and identify potential compliance risks that may occur if the changes in regulations or legislation were to become final. * Maintain current knowledge of industry laws and regulations, keeping abreast of recent and upcoming changes. * Identify key areas of opportunity within legislative and regulatory updates and changes, bringing them forward as a member of the Compliance management team. * Attend the ECFC Annual Conference, meeting with members of Congress and their staff to communicate desired changes in pending and current legislation that positively influence the organization's business and industry. Participate in ECFC member committees. General Duties: All other duties as assigned. Work Experience Required: 10-15 years' experience in compliance or a related position. Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience.
