Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate:

• Client Engagement: Conduct in-home visits to discuss clients' flooring projects and provide personalized consultations.

• Sales System: Utilize company-provided technology, including tablets, laptops, and specialized software, to manage sales processes and track client interactions efficiently.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Cultivate key referral sources to drive continuous business growth.

• Business Networking: Network with other businesses to establish new client relationships and expand the customer base

Qualifications for Success:

• Sales Experience: 2+ years of in-home/ outside sales.

• Industry Knowledge: Flooring preferred. Construction or design knowledge will be considered as well.
