Import/Export Supply Planner (Entry/Experienced Level Professional)

Mission:
The Import/Export Supply Planner Analyst offers an exceptional opportunity to gain experience in all areas of supply chain management including engineering, supply, distribution, and inventory management. Optimize operational supply plans to meet customers commitments, respecting S&OP and Active Demand Management decisions. This position is responsible for the creation and weekly distribution of the production plan of all or parts of the business activity and for some activities the delivery plan, which maximizes the response to customer needs by optimizing the industrial stock of the products delivered, and the industrial cost of the business activity.
Responsibilities:
Ensures each phase/step of the process of the order is on-time and accurate (supervise the triggers/milestones).
Lead weekly reviews with import/export zone(s) and anticipate, identify, and ensure resolution of supply issues.
Monitor, analyze and facilitate corrective action plans pertaining to the key performance indicators.
Collaborates/communication with other Supply Chain team members and Intercontinental Logistics team to optimize supply plans.
Requirements
BS Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or International Business
Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles and import & export processes
Excellent digital literacy to include Advance Excel knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
2-3 Internship/Co-op rotations a plus
