Dart is looking to add a team member who can excel with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to remain organized and timely with frequent deadlines. This team member will collate, distribute and/or audit import and export data as well as maintaining distribution schedules in support of the Customs Compliance group.

Darts Production Planning & Logistics Department has nearly 175 employees housed in groups managing the distribution of internally produced raw materials and packaging film and schedules our private trucking fleet. Dart Container Corporation and Solo Cup Company are continously looking to optimize our production planning and logistics system and methodologies to increase service levels, reduce costs and exceed customer expectations.

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Prepare documents for import/export shipments; including scheduling carriers and communicating with forwarders and plants logistics activities

  • Generate and distribute standard reports on a scheduled basis

  • Process department mail, including collecting, opening, sorting, and distributing

  • Prepare and type reports, orders and other required documents

  • Maintain records of various types

  • Assist in problem resolution to determine cause and make corrections

  • Support departmental project work

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Six (6) months of general office or related experience

  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying without interrupting, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate

  • Microsoft Word skills to include the ability to open, close, create, edit and save documents

  • Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to open, close, edit (e.g. cut, paste, insert and delete rows) and save spreadsheets

  • Data entry skills to include strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Billingual in Spanish, preferred

JOB DUTIES * Ensure residents receive the highest levels of service consistent with Sun's Customer Service philosophy * Handle and resolve resident/customer service issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintain properties to ensure they look their best at all times * Develop a marketing strategy and maintain effective advertising to attract prospective residents to community * Market model, pre-owned, and brokered homes for sale * Coordinate and manage the Lease Purchase Program, including repairs, leasing, sales, refurbishments, closings, and follow-up * Meet or exceed home sales and leasing budgets * Manage the rent collection process, including depositing income from home sites and filing to collect on delinquent debts * Oversee the eviction process for your community with the assistance of your RVP * Monitor and manage monthly operating budgets and prepare monthly reports on P & L variances * Oversee capital expenditure improvements * Other duties and projects as assigned REQUIREMENTS As a Community Manager, you must have a strong business mindset together with the ability to place the highest priority on customer service.
