We have an immediate opening in our South Jordan, UT office for a Customer Service Representative Import.

We seek candidates who are customer focused, wanting to learn international business and will enjoy helping customers with their cargo shipments from all over the world. The ideal candidates are self-motivated, innovative, disciplined and skilled in planning and prioritizing.

We require strong communication skills (verbal and written, superb telephone skills are a must), and must be highly effective utilizing computer technology, including MS Excel and Word. Previous industry experience (e.g. ocean shipping, import/export, transportation, logistics, dispatch, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

VIEW JOBS 3/25/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-23T00:00 As an Application Customer Service Representative (ACSR) you will have the rewarding opportunity to speak with Medicare eligible participants across the country to assist them with completion of their open enrollment applications. You may also be asked to assist our participants with open enrollment inquiries with carriers, to resolve enrollment problems, and to resolve client concerns. You will spend approximately 95% of your day in phone conversation with participants exercising patience, kindness and knowledge. This seasonal role typically runs until December or January although we do frequently ask our highest performers to stay onboard to work on other projects. Key Responsibilities: * Use a consultative approach to finalize the applicants application in a very structured process * Effectively, and empathetically communicate over the phone * Clearly articulate application verbiage to meet legal requirements around the application * Work as a team player in a diverse, professional call center environment * Adhere to all legal regulations * Use problem solving skills to identify root causes and issues of inquiries, and provide feedback on resolutions * Represent the company effectively, while using patience, knowledge, and kindness to deescalate concerned callers About You: You are excited to learn new things, have strong computer skills, and are self-motivated to always improve your skills. You have patience, and the ability to listen and recognize the needs of retirees, even when they are unable to clearly articulate what is wrong. You are able to change your communication style based on the region of the call, the client, and the medical needs of the caller. You handle difficult calls with knowledge, patience, and understanding, and enjoy meeting new people by phone! Note that visa employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity Job Requirements: * During the first two weeks of employment complete intensive two week training program to become familiar with computer systems, Medicare, enrollment, compliance regulations, call flow, and senior sensitivity * Experience using Microsoft Office with a strong ability to juggle multiple open computer windows to answer questions while on the phone * Ability to learn new proprietary computer systems * Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment * Ability to communicate professionally and courteously * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret insurance documents, detailed correspondence, procedure manuals, insurance applications, and polices * Willingness to take constructive criticism and learn * Ability to type 35 wpm * High School Diploma or CED required, Some College education a plus EOE, including disability/vets Willis Towers Watson South Jordan UT
