CribMaster, provides inventory control solutions through advanced software, innovative vending hardware, Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and customer services to manufacturing, distribution, government and service industries for managing indirect inventory (tools, spare parts, MRO, etc.). CribMaster (http://www.cribmaster.com/) ties fast and reliable tool crib or store room transactions to a powerful system of inventory control. The system provides critical data to manage consumable and durable inventory, reduce the risk for lost or misplaced tools, and provide critical data to business leaders to reduce risk of tools being lost or left behind, reduce costs and increase productivity.
The primary responsibility of the Implementation Sustainment Professional is to provide post-implementation closure and handoffs for customer implementations. This support could include evaluation, trouble shooting, reports, configurations, and debugging the solution that was installed. This includes completing remaining or incomplete tasks from the install, working on issues or questions that were left open, explaining or training the customer on the solution and documenting the results. The Implementation Sustainment Professional would be creating cases to track problems, progress, and resolution in our Salesforce.com customer relationship management system.
Essential Job Functions
Able to take an installation from handoff from the installer and resolve open issues with the onsite contact.
Communicate diplomatically with customer on behalf of CribMaster.
Provide training, guidance and documentation to end users.
Create, organize and follow-up on sustainment cases in SalesForce.com.
Troubleshoot, determine root cause, and corrective action for customer issues.
Report on case statuses, brief management, and escalate for the customer.
Create, modify, and develop custom report templates using Crystal Report Developer.
Interface with CribMaster's Customer Success team in creating and consulting on Professional Services project quotes.
Communicate with customers to develop project Statements of Work.
Perform other duties as requested by management to support the Services teams.
Travel less than 25%.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5 years applicable experience with technology support
Working knowledge of all components of the CribMaster software.
Fundamental understanding of Databases, particularly SQL Server
Familiarity with Database Reporting software such as Crystal Reports is a PLUS
Experience and knowledge of UHF Gen2 Passive RFID Technology is a PLUS
Project Management experience a PLUS
