Implementation Specialists work directly with customers to help them get the most out of WordStream Advisor, our PPC Software product, and our 20 Minute Work Week by assisting in software set-ups and training. This role is a hybrid between a customer service representative and a web developer. Youll dive into our customers websites and implement conversion tracking codes, call tracking codes, and any feature that helps our customers optimize the features of our software and help them be successful.

We are looking for smart, motivated and consultative individual that can work independently but also as part of a team, thinking entrepreneurially to adjust to the needs of our growing customer base. You will be responsible for identifying what customers do not have conversion tracking turned on and proactively reach out to them with an offer of assistance. You will also handle support requests from individual Customer Success Specialists for their clients needing assistance. This role with work directly with clients in their website environment and in some instances with their website providers, to correctly install conversion tracking codes. This position requires excellent communication skills as well as patience in dealing with a non-technical audience.

  • Cross-department communication to keep the dedicated Customer Success Specialist up to date but own the situation through to resolution

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Professional, reliable team player
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical contact center environment preferred
  • Understanding of standard web programming technologies such as CSS, HTML5 and Javascript
  • Experience working in and with various content management systems such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify preferred
  • Experience working in and with various landing page providers such as Hubspot and Unbounce preferred
  • Knowledge of various domain providers such as GoDaddy and a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred
  • Basic knowledge of databases, web servers and applications
  • Knowledge of (or other SFA/CRM tool) and MS Office apps including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorships available.
  • Must be flexible to work off-standard hours occasionally or on an as-needed basis

Join us as an Senior Client Implementation Analyst As a Sr. Client Implementation Analyst, you will take the lead role for new Currency Administration ("CA") business implementations, with a focus on client engagement and an efficient, transparent, low-risk onboarding process. You will serve as the key coordinator of all involved parties during the implementation phase for new CA business, requiring extensive collaboration across both internal and external stakeholders. Global CA Client Implementations * Lead project management role for new CA business implementations * Serve as single point of contact with clients and internal/external data agents to ensure all aspects of each CA mandate are fully documented and understood. * Ensure efficient transition process between CA Sales, Product, Operations and Trading. * Coordinate closely with On-Boarding, Legal and Risk to ensure all documentation is in place prior to launch. 2.
