Implementation Specialist
TELCOR Inc, a nationally recognized provider of health care software, is looking for an energetic, focused and motivated team member for the TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management product (RCM) line. This role requires the employee to work in our Lincoln, NE office, but teleworking may be available upon manager discretion.
RCM Applications
TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management applications are designed to provide laboratories with billing and business management tools to help them grow their business. These products allow labs to effectively compete, improve operational efficiency, improve communication between the department and providers and promote compliance. These product lines primarily target clinical, pathology, molecular, public health/environmental and outreach labs and include the following solutions:
Remote client order entry/medical necessity checking
Comprehensive result reporting
Outreach program-specific rules and pricing processing
Complete set of regulatory-compliance tools
Ongoing profitability analysis
Revolutionary billing information system
Responsibilities
Learn and understand RCM product line knowledge
Respond to unscheduled customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly, timely and helpful manner
Communicate effectively with customers and other TELCOR staff
Maintain records of communication, issues and remedial actions taken; follow case tracking, service activity and RCM product team development to inform solutions
Manage bi-directional communication with customers to attain information necessary to update application configurations
Develop and/or maintain internal documentation for RCM processes, procedures and change control mechanisms
Participate in all necessary RCM Customer meetings
Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful solutions for issues
Recommend new or modification of internal processes to serve new purposes, improve workflow, customer satisfaction, product quality and determine requirements to execute
Continue education and professional development
Perform basic SQL queries and analyze software specifications to troubleshoot issues
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Requirements
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and demonstrate excellent customer service
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably healthcare accounting/medical billing
