The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the technical product implementation of EarlySense products and solutions within Customer sites.
The Implementation Specialists role is to ensure the installation, reliability, stability and smooth operation of the EarlySense system within customer sites.
The Implementation Specialist will apply proven communication skills, clinical/technical training abilities, and problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve all EarlySense system matters. Activities will be performed within an assigned region, however travel to support activities within the US may be required.
Lead new customer implementation projects, preform technical implementation, technical troubleshooting, and product applications support as needed.
Lead the technical and clinical customer Site Surveys for assigned customer projects:
Technical Site Surveys will include communication of EarlySense System requirements, testing of sites existing technical and environmental parameters and definition of next steps to occur in order to ensure site readiness. Clinical Site Surveys will include explanation of the diffident product features and offerings to the Clinical stake holders, understanding of their needs and expectations and definition of desired system configuration based on those.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the EarlySense System, both from a technical perspective and a product use case perspective.
Use that knowledge to troubleshoot questions from customers, identify issues, and provide solutions.
Respond to escalated on-call support requests for assigned customers in order to ensure maximum and smooth operation of EarlySense systems and minimize customer down time.
Report system malfunctions to Company Headquarters and provide relevant solutions.
Train Biomed/Facilities/IT staff or other third parties within installed sites on basic troubleshooting skills, in order to facilitate proper maintenance of EarlySense systems.
Maintain proper documentation of activities and procedures.
Work as part of the regional Support Services team and collaborate with Support Services, Sales and other EarlySense employees in order to ensure optimal technical performance.
5-10 years of experience in the medical device industry, particularly with a patient monitoring, clinical data management system, or similar System-type product platform.
Prior customer implementation, onboarding, consulting, support and technical problem-solving is a must.
Ability to travel (at times up to 60% or more).
Ability to learn EarlySense products and their application to monitor continuous vital signs, and motion detection for general care patients.
Act as a product expert for both internal and external audiences, providing capable product support and direction to teammates at EarlySense as well as customers.
Professionally and effectively deliver training to technical and clinical healthcare professionals.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BSc in Engineering and/or equivalent significant technical experience and training
