As an Implementation Specialist for Restaurant Technologies, you will responsible for ensuring our systems and services are on-boarded successfully for our customers. You will do so through regular communication with customers to drive product adoption, schedules, and activities critical to system installation. As a successful Implementation Specialist, you'll uncover customer preferences and requirements and balance those with company installation goals. You'll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to ensure execution of all technical requirements are complete. This role is pivotal in ensuring that labor and install commitments are maximized to meet organizational growth expectations. Your ability to oversee multiple moving parts in a fast paced role while effectively communicating with internal and external stake holders will be key to your success.
Manage new product install plans
Initiate, manage, and own all customer communication on install requirements and timelines
Drive internal product readiness by working with RT leaders, depot leadership teams, field sales, corporate functions to meet company install goals
Risk mitigation and issue identification
Change agent and subject matter expert: identify opportunities for process and communication improvements.
Documenting and reporting on implementation project status and milestones
3+ years working to develop and execute implementation plans, or supporting project managers for products and services in fast paced business environments, or other relevant project experience
Customer Service or Customer Account Management experience
Highly organized: ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and plan ahead
Strong attention to detail
Takes accountability and ownership for the success of all projects
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated success in a high stress, fast paced environment High school diploma or equivalent
PMI Certification (preferred)
