Integr8staff seeks a seasoned Implementation SpecialistUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)who can be an integral member of the HRIS implementation team. The Analyst will help improve application performance, process and projects, business requirements that support system implementations and changes. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a world-class, publicly-trade organization offering significant growth potential.Responsibilities of the Implementation SpecialistpositionAssist in gathering, analyzing and transforming data from the business stakeholders for the system implementations.supports the User Acceptance Testing planning, script development and testing activities of the HRIS and supporting applicationsWork closely with business stakeholders, vendors and program team to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities.Prioritize requirements to identify the most critical needs affecting application performance.Accurately translates business requirements into functionalityReconcile conflicts, dissect and translate the information into clear requirements, and distinguish user requirements from the underlying needs.Create, manage and meet accurate project effort estimates for assigned tasksInput into the development of project plans, schedules, resource needs for various HR applications projectsIncorporate usability and user interface (UI) efficiencies into business solutionsBuild user acceptance test casesCoordinate testing with end usersProvide clarification on basic questions of solution testingTrain end-users on business solutionIncorporate customer feedback into delivery of service to provide the best experience possibleStays abreast of tax laws and HR/Payroll compliances (state/federal)Requirements of theImplementation SpecialistpositionBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required2+ years of experience in script testing (UAT) and data validation for HRIS systems required2+ years of Implementation experience in HR systems requiredExperience developing relevant test scripts a plusMust be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and as part of a teamAbility to analyze information, identify problems, and recommend solutions for complex problemsProficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products requiredCapable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionalityUpdated resume is required for consideration. VIEW JOBS 1/10/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-04-10T00:00 Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a dynamic individual for its durable medical equipment operations to provide state-wide support. The Point of Care Specialist (PCS) must have a heart to serve. The PCS is responsible for overseeing the transportation of any existing equipment (i.e. hospital bed) should the client need transferred to a new placement and ensuring that clients are properly in home trained/educated on all equipment. Additionally, the PCS will ensure proper admission of clients (admission: required documentation, HIPPA release forms, Disclosures and Standards are in place). The PCS will focus on meeting family/client needs and building relationships. The PCS will also engage local clinics, hospitals, and healthcare system to represent Arrow Heath Solutions and Services provided. Education, Licensure and/or Experience: * High school diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred, or 2 years of experience working in DME company * Strong computer and data entry skills * Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment products * Knowledge of Medicaid policy and procedures for durable medical equipment * Strong written and verbal communication * Strong written and verbal communication * Strong ability to meet deadlines with time sensitive material * Knowledge of Health Care Common Procedure Coding System ("HCPCS"), International Classification of Diseases, Version 10 ("ICD-10") * Working knowledge of CMS guidelines to include DMEPOS documentation requirements * Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work effectively and efficiently * Ability to work independently and with a team * Attention to detail * Strong customer relations skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts appropriately * Heart to Serve others with an do what it takes mindset * Bilingual preferred Other Requirements: * Valid driver's license, appropriate insurance and reliable car * Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test * Must submit to and pass random drug tests during employment * Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the State * Must receive a minimum of 30 hours of initial and annual training * Must be 21 years of age or older COMPANY OVERVIEW Arrow Child & Family Ministries is a Christian provider of child welfare and education services for abused and neglected children and families in crisis.
