The Analyst will help improve application performance, process and projects, business requirements that support system implementations and changes. Assist in gathering, analyzing and transforming data from the business stakeholders for the system implementations.supports the User Acceptance Testing planning, script development and testing activities of the HRIS and supporting applicationsWork closely with business stakeholders, vendors and program team to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities.Prioritize requirements to identify the most critical needs affecting application performance.Accurately translates business requirements into functionalityReconcile conflicts, dissect and translate the information into clear requirements, and distinguish user requirements from the underlying needs.Create, manage and meet accurate project effort estimates for assigned tasksInput into the development of project plans, schedules, resource needs for various HR applications projectsIncorporate usability and user interface (UI) efficiencies into business solutionsBuild user acceptance test casesCoordinate testing with end usersProvide clarification on basic questions of solution testingTrain end-users on business solutionIncorporate customer feedback into delivery of service to provide the best experience possibleStays abreast of tax laws and HR/Payroll compliances (state/federal)Requirements of theImplementation Specialistposition
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required2+ years of experience in script testing (UAT) and data validation for HRIS systems required2+ years of Implementation experience in HR systems requiredExperience developing relevant test scripts a plusMust be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and as part of a teamAbility to analyze information, identify problems, and recommend solutions for complex problemsProficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products requiredCapable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionalityUpdated resume is required for consideration.
