Job Description
As an Implementation Specialist, you play a vital role in our growing company. You are the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process from start to finish. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the delivery and implementation of newly sold software products. The Implementation Specialist will be working directly with clients from post-sale until their product onboarding is complete and their website or distribution product is live. Tasks include working with clients on technical configuration, training, and product testing of new website and distribution implementation projects and consulting with clients on how to best utilize the platforms.
Implementation team members may work with 30 or more different clients at any given time and project timelines aim to be 4 to 6 weeks long but may vary.

What You'll Do
Works independently to design and deliver training material that educates clients on products and system functionality
Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects from data ready to go live.
Execute product delivery process and procedures
Configure LiveRez proprietary software to fit the business needs and achieve business goals of each client
Become a subject matter expert in LiveRez products and the associated subject matter
Train individual clients on the software platforms they are implementing and lead regularly scheduled group trainings on website product features and functionality
Perform product testing and quality assurance with clients
Schedule product launch dates and facilitate a smooth client transition from Implementation to Support and Client Success teams once product is live
Create, maintain, and own internal and client-facing documentation on process, procedures, and best practices for LiveRez software product offerings
Troubleshoot errors, implement, or recommend solutions
Record and report product defects or bugs to the product management team
Inform clients on other LiveRez products and services they may benefit from and refer internal up-sale opportunities to the Sales team
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Preferred
3 + years software implementation experience
Vacation rental industry experience
Required:
