Implementation Specialist

Description & Requirements

The Implementation Specialist will serve to assist in completing key initiatives in the areas of client solution implementation and client service. This individual will execute against prioritized tasks based on opportunities to help provide clients with a seamless configuration and adoption experience, leading to an eventual utilization of firm products and solutions.

How you will contribute:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and solution requirements

• Provide the client with recommendations on favorable configurations of the solution based on their needs

• Communicate as needed with clients to ensure they feel a high level of support and satisfaction with the implementation experience

• Provide clients with any written details or instructions needed to best support their solution usage

• Assist in the implementation process for software solutions, including build, configuration, and customization

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders

• Provide solution support and testing support during the solution delivery process to help reduce errors and issues in the final version provided to the client

• Understand the solution's capabilities at a high level in order to provide expert advice on solution configuration options

• Assist in the documenting of processes and procedure best practices for team member usage and support for future implementations

• Collaborate with team members on standardizing operational steps and protocols in implementation process

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of one years of experience in solution delivery, project management, and/or accounting disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, entrepreneurship, engineering (multiple specialties), business, business administration, accounting, economics, information technology, business analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience preferred
