We are seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist based out of our Richmond, VA office. You will be deployed to our customer sites across the U.S. approximately 75% of the time, likely in a different location each week. In this role, you will first learn to be an expert in our technology and then travel to golf courses across the U.S. to install our software products. During the install, you will also train golf course staff on our products to build their confidence and understanding of the benefits and workings of these products that will assist their business and their golfers' experience.
Work closely with the EZLinks implementation team in the preparation and coordination leading up to the on-site client installation of EZLinks products and services.
Frequently travel to golf courses to install EZLinks software applications, setup, and configure new or existing computer hardware.
Train golf course staff on how to use of the software to manage their unique operation efficiently and effectively.
Work closely with course staff from previous installations on additional training and continued implementation of advanced products/features, as well as proactively ensuring client satisfaction with the EZLinks software.
When not out in the field, spend office time preparing for future installations, assisting our support department with general client training.
Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and services; use and share knowledge to drive successful business outcomes.
Basic software implementation and installation experience
Basic hardware/networking setup and configuration knowledge
Ability to learn and transfer learning to others; ability to ask for help or escalate, as needed
Experienced at communicating proactively and reactively with colleagues and customers to minimize future barriers
Ability to organize priorities and time management in fast paced environments
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to complete projects or tasks
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time domestically; minimal international travel may be required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum one year of experience facilitating or teaching software applications to clients and/or internal staff
Minimum one year of experience implementing software solutions either on-site or remotely
Customer service orientation; minimum one year of experience in customer service or user support environment
Experience working in a golf shop or knowledge of the golf industry is strongly preferred
