Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our In-Home Services division to oversee and implement various projects. These projects can be of various degrees of complexity and often include the coordination of numerous groups and/or departments. Assignments will depend on level of experience and complexity of the project. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations management.
Primary Responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Build relationships enterprise wide, and successfully work across departments to coordinate and communicate with various groups and key players.
Communicate, negotiate, and manage the scope of the assigned project to ensure that expectations are set concerning the project's deliverables, timeline, and costs.
Responsible for validating that the appropriate artifacts are created, stored, and searchable.
Responsible for auditing projects for adherence to the project methodology and associated project management standards.
Add input as necessary to ensure project success and consider the impacts on all areas of the business.
Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful Implementation Specialist will have the following:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Must have problem solving skills.
Must have excellent facilitation skills, very strong follow through abilities and must have strong ownership of initiatives and issues drive team to resolutions and delivery.
Must have the ability/experience to recommend solutions to issues and risks.
Proficiency with Excel, Project, Word, Access etc.
