Position Vision/Goals:

The Implementation Specialist is a role that is responsible for supporting clients with setting up and executing their marketing campaigns. The role requires you to understand the client's campaign objectives and how solutions through the RevTrax technology can address those objectives. You'll play an important role in the day to day operations for the clients and the Client Services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding with appropriate internal / external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Client Services Team and your Manager to receive client requirements and implement client campaigns via RevTrax internal tools. Day to day work includes such activities as:

  • Providing setup instructions to operations team

  • QAing marketing campaigns

  • Pulling campaign data, reporting and analyzing for delivery

  • Troubleshooting issues and looking for resolution

  • Assisting Client Services Managers with client questions and issues

  • Help client services improve campaigns to achieve maximum promotional effectiveness

  • Accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions, escalating, and managing to resolution

  • Support campaign analysis and collaborate with Client Services Managers on campaign results for clients

  • Stay up to date with product launches, emerging technologies, trends in promotions, and industry insights.

  • Become an expert on RevTrax offerings and systems

What We're Looking For:

  • The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and has a 1-3 years of work experience including relevant time working at a digital/marketing/media company

  • Experience with HTML as well as digital media and marketing tools and platforms

  • Be highly inquisitive, analytical, and proactive and possess problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks

  • Capacity to learn and follow multiple processes (operationally, technically and client services) and manage numerous simultaneous projects

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented

  • Ability to project enthusiasm and excitement

  • Collaborative, client and team focused

  • Computer Skills:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
