What You'll Do
You will be an expert in our BroadCloud PBX dashboard who will conduct "welcome calls" as an introduction to customers of one of our Service Providers' BroadCloud VoIP dashboard. Calls will be inbound and outbound.
You will guide the customer to self-configure their site so calls will route, or operate, as they desire. Calls are 15-30 minutes in duration.
Who You'll Work With
A team of professionals working and supporting each other, assisting end-customers and having fun at it too! The team uses collaboration tools to provide assistance to each other and offer friendly chatter from time to time as well. Scheduled team meetings allows us opportunity for additional training and sharing of information that helps in our work.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will be interested in the latest advances in technology associated with unified communication software and hardware. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products.
Ability to communicate, coach, and teach effectively, in a professional manner. A friendly disposition, positive attitude and a sincere desire to help our customer and end user.
