ADP is hiring an Implementation Resource Coordinator I. In this position, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

Effectively inspects orders to ensure completeness by using knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes to make sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
Organizes, bookmarks, and notates account to create an easy and effortless experience for the Back Office. Meets expected productivity and quality goals.
Communicates successfully with Sales, Analysts, QCs, and ISs; this includes problem solving, following up on commitments and ensuring a successful handoff.
Manages RAA rejection report. Regularly works Start Assist to ensure it is kept current.
Exhibits positivity, energy, engagement, leadership by example, and is willing to take on stretch assignments as needed such as acquisitions, transfers, complex accounts, championing rollouts/initiatives for their team and/or region.
Demonstrates zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences. Takes ownership of self-development by seeking and capitalizing on learning opportunities. Pursues training programs designed to enhance service skills, including but not limited to professional certifications. Keeps up-to-date and proficient on payroll, tax, legal regulations and new product enhancements via in-house training, seminars, and internal documentation. Stays current with technological advances and offers innovative insights.
0 to 2 years of experience working in a client service environment
High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Strong client relationship skills
Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient using Microsoft Office
