In the role of Implementation Project Manager, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your project management and technical skills across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will be part of the growing team and collaborative environment where your opinion and ideas matter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with client stakeholders and internal team members to develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Track and manage budget and resources.
  • Identify issues and risks to mitigate issues with scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Work with professional services, sales, and the product team to help produce estimates for resources, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate extensively with all contributors and stakeholders by communicating expectations throughout the project and providing updates to key stakeholders (both onsite and remotely). Add to detailed discussions by exhibiting Billing expertise and best practices.
  • Manage the project process through planning, development, testing, and delivery phases.
  • Support and participate in requirements, design, demo, and training sessions with business stakeholders. Add to detailed discussions by exhibiting Billing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience managing multiple implementation projects within the Billing ecosystem.
  • Experience in waterfall, agile, and blended environments, including the use of and familiarity with modern project, and work management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others who may have different skill sets, backgrounds and positions within and external to the organization
  • Self-motivated, independent and possessing the ability to learn quickly

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, NY, and WA.
