ADP is hiring a Implementation Project Lead. The Implementation Project Lead is responsible for the successful implementation of the various components of a TaxService implementation project(s). Use excellent functional, technical and project management knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks as related to the specific functional and/or technical role as defined by the Implementation Manager. Analyze complex product requirements for TaxService standalone implementations. Determine functional design solutions and implement solutions. Associate or IS mentoring in all areas of job knowledge,development and progression. The successful Implementation Project Lead will allocate their time to the following aspects of the TaxService Implementation process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide implementation services using standardized processes and tolls to implement all products in the standalone arena.

  • Process should be adapted to fit the specific requirements and needs of each client resulting in high-quality services.

  • Provide regular, timely and accurate input on implementation projects for Implementation Specialists to include analysis of the account, problems resolution, active participation in the project kick off and project status meetings.

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all standalone products and services by designing/delivering solutions to meet the clients needs in implementation and service.

  • Applies knowledge of product and service components to clients' internal systems.

  • Use excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor the Implementation Specialists to develop talent.

  • Prepare written communication on issues as well as documentation on new or revised procedures and processes.

  • Deliver presentations for a variety of forums and audiences.

  • Work closely with the service organization management and technical support to ensure service levels and communication is maintained.

  • Demonstrate flexibility through availability to the Implementation Specialists even on short notice. Respond to requests for assistance timely and without delay.

  • Influence others through involvement in the process and decision making. Build and sustain relationships of trust and respect with others within and outside the department.

  • Work under limited supervision.

  • Exercise independent judgment in setting priorities to ensure that deadlines and due dates are met.

  • Maintain consistent communication with the Implementation Manager providing updates and reviews of work in process.

  • Provide evaluations of Implementation Specialists performance on implementation related projects.

  • Provide pre and post sale support to Corporate Sales Managers as needed.

  • Manage multiple projects designed to improve quality and efficiencies in the Implementation Team.

QUALIFICAITONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Six to ten years client contact or equivalent combination of payroll, accounting or tax filing experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Two to Three years of Project Lead, Program Lead, or Team Lead experience.

  • Results Driven

  • Client Focus - Internal and External

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills
