The Role

Proxymity is looking for an experienced hands-on Technical Implementation Manager with a passion for post-sale integration and working closely with customers to achieve mutual success.

Youll be directly interacting with new clients and partners daily, effectively communicating with all stakeholders throughout the planning process, technical integration, user acceptance testing and go-live. Your clients will include leading banks, brokers and corporate issuer agents who will expect your best in a demanding environment with strict deadlines. You will be required to develop a solid understanding of the Proxymity platform, service offerings and applications.

Youll closely collaborate with a variety of Proxymity business units, including management, product, sales, operations and technology, ensuring good governance and project milestones are communicated to all internal groups. All your colleagues across the business will be heavily invested in supporting and encouraging your success.

The Work

  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and Proxymity from point of sale through implementation go-live
  • Independently respond to complex client queries via phone, email or other means
  • Manage client expectations, providing regular updates to both external and internal stakeholders to build confidence in the team and business
  • Ensure implementation best practices, standards and templates are updated
  • Ensure the team is supported by product knowledge
  • Attend implementation kick off and sponsor calls
  • Provide guidance and direction to the client regarding customer process, functionality and long-term use
  • Serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for technical and product questions from the client throughout configuration and implementation
  • Provide training and updated user guides to clients


  • Experience managing complex projects (project management certification preferred)
  • Strong understanding of proxy voting, asset servicing and custodian banking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
  • Good concentration and organisational skills while under pressure
  • Experience implementing scalable and repeatable business processes
  • Proven ability to build relationships with client senior management
  • Proactive approach to large, complex projects; ability to execute autonomously
  • Experience troubleshooting time-critical issues and working with people in a fast-paced, high-intensity and complex environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a willingness to take proactive action
