The CO+I Supply Chain organization is responsible for delivering Datacenter Procurement for Microsoft's cloud business. The CO+I Supply Chain is looking to fill the role of Supply Chain Implementation Manager. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year Datacenter construction and lease projects. You will be responsible for partnering with the functional team, Engineering and the business partners to simplify processes, establish and lead the overall transformation for the respective workstream.
The Implementation Manager will lead the end-to-end workstream to ensure that the proposed ERP solution modules meet process simplification, digital and operational adoption of the processes in partnership with the functional module owners ensuring a connection across the overall digital eco-system as we work to scale the organization. In this role, you will partner and establish relationships by building trust with internal & external stakeholders and develop/execute strategies which meet business outcomes.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives with results through engagement with external and internal partners and have a solid business acumen. The candidate will be a problem solver and be resourceful, able to drive change, creative and willing to work with and through others to be successful. Strong executive verbal and written communication skills and analytical thinking are necessary for driving a high level of impact.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
8+ years of experience in ERP solution integration as part of the business, Supply Chain, IT, Process improvement or related organization.
Ability to lead, guide and coach project team members in areas such as supply chain planning, sourcing, procurement-to-pay, quality, and project execution.
Experience working directly with business, IT, and outsourced vendor personnel.
Experience on multiple implementations and/or roll out from blueprint to go-live.
Experience with complex system migration (preferably SAP migration) activities including business application suite integration, interdependent functions, and modules.
Significant experience leading teams through major implementations and deployments.
Ability to work effectively with Software Engineering or other IT organizations on developing requirements and delivering Data solutions for internal customers and suppliers.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management ability.
Prior experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups across an organization.
Broad understanding of ERP processes (preferably SAP suite) and development methodology.
Knowledge of supply chain functional roles and processes with good understanding of all functional areas within an ERP landscape.
Proven track record for identifying risks and implementing mitigations successfully.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal collaboration skill, clear and succinct delivery.
Analytics to integrate, consolidate, and understand business processes to provide information to allow decision making.
Strong project management/process improvement skills, effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve issues; creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
Prior experience with documentation, preparation, and review of functional specifications, mapping templates, writing Unit test scripts
Change oriented, actively generates process improvements; champions and drives change initiatives; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.
Experience working in construction/capital projects and integration of supply chain activities into Engineering, Procurement and Construction

Lead project teams in support of the end-to-end integration workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with transformation deliverables and milestones.
Ownership of Supply Chain digital solution end-to-end connectivity across CO+I Supply Chain processes.
Leads, assures integration of various ERP system modules within and across other digital solutions in the ERP landscape.
Ensure the development and management of all aspects of the systems integration effort, including the definition of the integration strategy, approach, toolsets, plans, interdependencies, and schedules
Lead discussions with business Subject Matter Experts to identify, define, collate, document, and communicate systems integration requirements.
Act as the subject matter expert for overall ERP system landscape with sufficient knowledge of all components of the ERP, drive meaningful conversations with the business teams on fit and functionality.
Identify and document functionality gaps, including site specific (localization) issues within specific modules as it relates to connectivity between systems.
Lead the end-to-end testing of connected solutions to assure the integrations are in place for the transaction flows.
Oversee and manage the local integration and cutover for a deployment to successful completion and the fulfilment of acceptance criteria.
Bring Supply Chain experience and help to shape the end-to-end vision in alignment with the overall Supply Chain Transformation team.
Ensure business teams understand the workings of integration and cutover strategies and are prepared for the cutover/go-live.
Provide oversight and support to ensure that root causes of integration issues are addressed and resolved.
