Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager plays a strategic role within the Implementation Team, overseeing the successful implementation and deployment of LetsGetChecked solutions for clients across multiple verticals including employer and health plan clients. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Operations, this position is responsible for driving speed to revenue, fostering positive relationships both internally and externally, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of implementation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for LGC clients across multiple verticals ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and LetsGetChecked capabilities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to gather requirements, define project plans, and deliver on client commitments.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

What we're looking for...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on implementation, project management, or healthcare operations.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including employer benefits, health plans, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Exceptional project management capabilities, including proficiency in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational excellence.

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
