Implementation Manager

Kelaca is looking for an Implementation Manager for our client partner in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead their CRM implementation projects for clients in Financial Services Domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all implementation phases
• Manage a team of Implementation Analysts, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with delivery teams across multiple geographies to ensure successful project execution
• Configure and customize CRM software to meet specific business requirements
• Train end-users on CRM system functionality and best practices
• Ensure integrity and accuracy if requirement documents
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for business insights
• Integrate CRM systems with other business applications
• Monitor and evaluate CRM system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• To create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and post-implementation reviews

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM implementation for Financial Institutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM functional and technical architectures
• Proficiency in leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot
• Experience with third-party integrations and connector software
• Knowledge of UML diagrams and ability to create and review functional documentation.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in change management and process improvement

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
• Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) implementations
• Knowledge of business process mapping and optimization
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, Azure DevOps
