Implementation Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IM (to support IGV rebuilds, BOP/valves, expansion joints, and other related projects at Buck Station.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gas turbine and mechanical maintenance/operations. Responsibilities: Provide construction oversight to ensure project efforts are completed event-free, with the highest degree of quality and on schedule. Collaborate with contract partners executing the work in the field.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. Utilize long-term station operations, maintenance, and/or safety background experience to support project success. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in gas turbine and mechanical maintenance/operations.

Familiarity with coal/gas units and understanding of related systems. Strong background in station operations, maintenance, and safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
