Position Overview
Healthee is looking for its first Implementation Manager to join the Customer Experience team. As an Implementation Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the successful onboarding of new Healthee clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Services, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Healthee's current implementation process.
Responsibilities
Lead pre-sale scoping and discovery conversations, in partnership with the sales and product teams
Lead documentation collection, system integration and configuration, and testing for assigned implementations
Act is main point of contact for client escalations post go-live, prior to steady state status
Become subject matter expert in integrations with HRIS platforms to identify ways to better collect and automate the required data exchange
Act as lead project manager, responsible for all aspects of the onboarding process
Lead reanalysis process for steady state clients that are updating their benefits plans
Work cross-functionally with sales, product/engineering, data, and customer success to identify and support continuous improvements to Healthee's platform and processes
Document implementation details and best practices
Mentor newly hired team members
Requirements
3 - 5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions
Experience supporting clients during the sales cycle
Ability to support multiple implementations simultaneously
Experience developing and completing test scripts to confirm configuration and data accuracy prior to go-live
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with continuous change and process improvement
Experience working with enterprise level customers, frequently interacting with c-level executives
Experience supporting basic reporting writing, sFTP, and API discussions
Ability to travel as needed (<20%)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the healthcare and/or healthcare benefits industry
Experience working with top PEO and/or HRIS platforms

Salary:
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive performance bonus and equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
