Implementation Manager Up to $110K The Implementation Manager will be primarily responsible for the continued development and client implementation of the IIMS analytics family of products, with first duties involving the Person-of-Interest (POI) detection system.
International travel is required but main work location is Washington DC.
Gather requirements and needs from clients to improve the products and POI system.
Guide and collaborate with developers working on products and services, and work with the technical leadership team to ensure requirements are understood and schedules are met.
Contribute directly to development where possible.
Work with subject matter experts, analysts, in-country personnel, international agencies, and other organizations to gain insight into identification of POI's in areas of interest to our clients.
Build company library of POI templates and analytics that can be tailored to client needs.
Determine the ideal data sets needed to enable the full use of each template as well as the minimal viable data needed for functionality.
Build and run tests using real-world data, high-fidelity simulated data, and/or generated data as available to validate the functioning of the POI system.
Create such data when necessary.
Create documentation and training material for the POI system, and perform training of field personnel as necessary.
Travel to ensure successful implementation of the POI system in client location.
