What's the opportunity? As an Implementation Manager, you will be an essential member of the Implementations Team and serve as the main point of contact for new customers throughout onboarding. You will be responsible for helping customers to learn how to leverage the WorkRamp platform by providing effective training and support so they are able to achieve their desired business outcomes. If you love working with people, building scalable programs, and are passionate about delivering the best customer experiences, we'd love to meet you What will I be doing? -Oversee the entire onboarding process of a rotating portfolio of 20-25 customers, from contract close through the completion of their implementation
Consult with customers on their business goals and priorities and translate them into an implementation plan that will provide initial value in a timely fashion (typically 60 days)
Project manage the implementation process working with internal and external stakeholders (clients), as needed-Guide customers to on-demand product training and educate customers live to ensure that the client is getting the maximum value from the platform
Motivate customers to move along project milestones quickly in order to reach ROI in a timely manner
Track on implementation program status weekly using prescribed tools, highlighting any barriers to success and proposing mitigation strategies
Collaborate with the product team to validate product features and provide insights to help shape roadmap
Ensure all account issues are quickly resolved
Work with the Support Team to ensure new implementations are supported with adequate customer service
Suggest additional WorkRamp services and use cases as you work through projects What skills do I need? -2-3 years of experience as an Implementation Specialist
Previous experience in enterprise SaaS -Outstanding communication and project management skills
Flexible mindset with a oneteam attitude
Self-starter with an interest in building out new processes and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Comfortable working towards and being rewarded on performance-based metrics
Strengths include multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organization
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

At this time, WorkRamp does not sponsor work visas. $100,000 - $130,000 a year Compensation WorkRamp is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 annually. This is split between base salary and on-target variable pay. Employees at WorkRamp may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus, commission, and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee perks, and others.
