About the Team:

Creative Services at Ellation consists of our specialized Video and Graphic Design Teams who function as creative partners across external content providers, licensors, and all internal business teams. Our team is responsible for the creation, collaboration, and creative protection of visual assets coming out of Ellation, Crunchyroll, Rooster Teeth and VRV.

About the Role:

We're looking for an Implementation Manager / Project Manager to ensure the efficient, successful implementation of the Workfront SaaS project management platform in direct support of Ellation's Creative Services Teams. You will collaborate deeply across Creative Services, cross-functional stakeholders, and Workfront support teams to build custom workflow solutions that equally meet the demands of our Creative Teams and the business units they serve.

Location: San Francisco

This role is located in our headquarters in downtown San Francisco. Our group of cross-functional experts assemble in San Francisco and collaborate internationally to create experiences for Crunchyroll, VRV, and Rooster Teeth's passionate communities.

A Day in the Life:

  • Own the project management, coordination, and implementation of all requirements and solution rollouts within the Workfront SaaS platform.

  • Take ownership of project scope, planning, timeline, and documentation.

  • Serve as primary liaison between Ellation's Creative Services Teams and Workfront's Services and Support Teams throughout implementation to go-live.

  • Design, develop, and configure workflow solutions according to Creative Services' approved business needs, to include:

  • Project templates, forms, fields, reports, layouts, queues, configurations, dashboards and other application components available within the Workfront SaaS platform

  • Identify additional opportunities to add value and reduce non-value added effort in Workfront's delivery model.

  • Establish a consistent cadence to report project status across key stakeholders to include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memos, etc.

  • Train, mentor and coach Creative Services and internal stakeholders on the use and best-practices within Workfront SaaS platform.


  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Implementation Manager, etc. involving cross-functional teams delivering projects within scope, under budget, and on time.

  • Success leading the implementation of one or more project management, workflow management, and/or SaaS/software solutions.

  • Prior experience in business analysis, business/systems process review, process optimization, systems design, configuration management, or change management is of great benefit.

  • Specific experience in or around Workfront SaaS platform implementation is a plus.

  • Any level of understanding/familiarity of creative and design production processes is a plus.

Can both fly at 10,000 feet understanding the client goals and key priorities, while also able to dive into fine detail at any time. * An extremely strong and mature communicator – written and verbal – instilling confidence within clients and the company What You'll Need: * Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 to 4 years of eDiscovery experience ideally in a project management or product management role required * In-depth knowledge of all stages of the eDiscovery process * Strong project management, analytical, issue resolution, organizational presentation skills * Excellent communication and client management skills * Logical thought process, self-discipline, ability to multi-task, good estimating and budgeting skills and good people management skills. * PMP is preferred, but not required Lighthouse San Francisco CA
