Specifically, this role is purposed to lead implementations and give an amazing client experience in onboarding and setting up Canopy for success.

Requirements

  • Support the implementation of Canopy for customers and be their primary point of contact throughout the implementation phase of the project
  • Lead, document, coordinate and align client and internal resources to get Clients Live and using Canopy as fast as possible
  • Leverage software solutions in G-Suite, Team Gantt, and other project management tools such as Salesforce, Basecamp and others to gather key requirements, ensure the completion of client test cases for software success and be able to share that information quickly
  • Provide weekly status updates and align with Engineering and Product Counterparts
  • Have a great understanding of API driven software and software development and help clients understand how they can use Canopy APIs to self service
  • Can understand basic database and sequel architectures and articulate to both Engineering and non Engineering audiences regarding requirements
  • Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
  • Continuous desire to improve technical acumen
  • Can speak with clients about lending products and use industry knowledge about Unsecured Lending products such as credit cards, installment loans and lines of credit
  • Leverage great communication to keep C-Level Executives informed and influenced to stay within scope or to agree to new timelines
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDK's, etc.)
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work side by side with developers to release high quality features with extensive regression testing
  • Coordinate the introduction of new capabilities & products to our customers
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Build and streamline the processes to drive adoption of new functionality at scale

We are a fast-growth company, expanding from ten to 150+ employees in the last two years, and see tremendous growth potential in the US in 2022.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Proxymity is looking for an experienced hands-on Technical Implementation Manager with a passion for post-sale integration and working closely with customers to achieve mutual success.</p><p>You’ll be directly interacting with new clients and partners daily, effectively communicating with all stakeholders throughout the planning process, technical integration, user acceptance testing and go-live. Your clients will include leading banks, brokers and corporate issuer agents who will expect your best in a demanding environment with strict deadlines. You will be required to develop a solid understanding of the Proxymity platform, service offerings and applications.</p><p>You’ll closely collaborate with a variety of Proxymity business units, including management, product, sales, operations and technology, ensuring good governance and project milestones are communicated to all internal groups.
