SUMMARY Coordinates customer implementations of Auto Pilot Products by working with financial institutions, third party vendors, and internal SWBC departments to ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful client experience which includes Electronic Cash Management, Collections, and Loss Mitigation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Coordinates conference calls, prepares project plans, leads implementation calls, verifies completeness of documentation, coordinates IT processes for FTP, resolves issues, and communicates requirements for the project to SWBC departments and third party vendors.
Serves as a primary point of contact for all communications during implementation. Prepares and communicates implementation progress through status reports for management, clients, and appropriate support departments on a routine basis. Performs successful transitioning to on-going support staff at the end of the implementation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must have some college courses in Business Management, Communications, or related field or related equivalency. Must have at least two (2) years account management, client contact, project implementation coordination, or related experience. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must have excellent client-focus or customer service skills.
Must be able to coordinate and track multiple implementations and meet delivery service level objectives. Must have a working knowledge of process/data mapping and business process operations.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess a working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Word, Excel, Project, and Internet. Must be able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time while processing project implementations. Must be able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SWBC is a Substance-Free Workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing.
