3Ci is seeking a B2B Integrations Specialist/Implementation Coordinator. As a B2B Integrations Specialist/Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of our financial sector Client's new clients post-sale and responsible for installing new payment processing accounts within the rapidly growing B2B vertical. You will work closely with the B2B Sales Team to coordinate efforts with end-user merchants and ensure successful installations. The Implementation Coordinator will be provided with a checklist and phone script to follow with new clients. Previous incumbents have transitioned to new roles within the Client company, indicating potential for conversion or extension past the initial 3 months. Join a growing team with ample opportunities for conversion or extension. Laptop required for work. Drive out installation and support of B2B solutions. Specific background/familiarity required with Sage Intacct.

Experience in a business-related environment, preferably with ERP software installations
Proficiency with Sage Intacct preferred; familiarity with other ERP platforms beneficial
Essential Functions
Schedule installation of our Client payment integration software into customer's ERP software
Manage merchant installations schedule to ensure completion as scheduled and within SLAs
Act as Subject Matter Expert for internal teams on ERP software and our Client's payment integration functionality
Provide customer-facing technical support before, during, and after installation process
Collaborate with internal sales team to conduct demos of our Client's payments functionality
Create training and product documentation for internal and external audiences
Act as the liaison between the Client's team and new clients for onboarding processes
Manage backlog of requests to set up new clients, ensuring completion of necessary steps and confirming install dates
Follow a checklist for installation of our Client's payment software
Provide excellent customer service throughout the onboarding process
Complete documentation accurately and efficiently
Perform other tasks as required
