Implementation Coordinator Lead

Location: Remote opportunity within these areas; CA, CT, CO, GA, IN, KY, ME, MO, NH, NV, NY, OH, VA or WI

Leads the Medical/Clinical implementation process for new accounts and monitors renewal implementations.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Project manages new case implementation activities and serves as a liaison between the Account Management team, Sales team, Sales Support and customers.

  • Ensures completion of all critical deliverables from multiple disciplines to assure timely and accurate implementation of our customers' benefit plans.

  • Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the implementation process. Develops effective relationships with existing new accounts and internal departments, such as Sales Support Services, Operations, Sales, and Underwriting.

  • Works with Director, Account Management Services on tracking, monitoring, and reporting progress of all functional areas throughout the implementation process.

  • Helps to develop tools and best practices necessary to improve installations;

  • Provides on-going root cause analysis; identifies opportunities for process improvement.

  • Acts as primary contact/liaison between customers to resolve issues related to implementation plan design and customer deliverables.

  • Supports Sales and Sales Support teams in developing prospects and responding to RFPs and actively participates in finalist meetings.

  • Leads corporate projects as assigned, develops and implements tracking mechanisms and tools for account implementation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Requires B.S. degree in related field;5-8 years exp in health insurance field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Employer service experience. - at least 2 or more years of membership and billing experience including knowledge of standard/non-standard benefits and products. - at least 2 or more years of implementation experience or exposure.

  • Previous experience managing National Account client interactions.

  • Clinical implementation knowledge preferred.

  • Client facing experience.

  • Large scale Project Management.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and State licensure to sell health benefits is strongly preferred.

  • MS Project proficiency.

Please Note: Associates in this job working from a California location are eligible for overtime pay based on California employment law.

Annual Salary Range*: $61,840 - $77,300

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

This starts with shaping the pre-sales scope and expectations, and then moves on to leading the implementation efforts. You will be trusted advisor and delivery manager ensuring successful and happy customers.<br></p><p>You can be located anywhere in the United States. Up to 80% (post COVID) travel is expected.</p><p>As Sureify grows we will need to bring in implementation leaders at different experience levels. As such we can adapt this role for more or less seasoned project managers (though see below for minimum experience requirements -- some previous experience is required).</p><br>Responsibilities<ul> <li>Serve as primary point person for Sureify on customer implementation projects </li> <li>Collaborate with project leads from the customer (and in some cases with system integrator partners) to manage the overall project -- handling schedules, estimation of resources, coordination with the Sureify development team, issue tracking, status reporting to stakeholders, escalations, etc.</li> <li>Organize and participate in proofs of concept (POCs), solution design workshops, as well as program planning for customers and prospects</li> <li>Develop expertise in Sureify’s products and technology and use that expertise to guide implementation choices</li> <li>Understand customer business goals and work to ensure that projects are meeting or exceeding these goals and making maximal use of Sureify capabilities</li> <li>Provide hands-on help with scoping and estimation</li> <li>Conduct retrospectives and share feedback and lessons learned with Sureify product management</li> <li>Align closely with Sales on pre-sales activities such as scoping, solution design, SOW development and project staffing</li> <li>Ensure that engagements conclude with fully satisfied customers that are willing to be references for prospective customers</li> <li>Manage multiple strategic customers simultaneously</li> <li>Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives </li> <li>Pitch in with other initiatives as needed -- Sureify is a small, fast-growing company and everyone needs to be willing to dive in to help out wherever it’s needed</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>BS or BA degree (or relevant work experience)</li> <li>4+ years of experience on technology implementations; experience leading overall project management is preferred</li> <li>Experience with software implementation projects in requirements gathering, functional specifications, QA, user acceptance testing, and/or training</li> <li>Experience working on Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or similar lean/agile framework</li> <li>Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to work with technical and business resources to navigate architectural and implementation choices.
