This position will report directly to the Key Account Implementation Manager. In addition, they will work closely with the Enrollment and Sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process of new key accounts. Position will assist with Implementation by providing strong clerical support, including data entry, checking forms for accuracy and contacting brokers for missing or additional items. High energy candidate will provide a positive customer experience and will have strong clerical skills and a strong knowledge in Microsoft office products and Salesforce.com. An Ideal candidate will have insurance knowledge/background and may have worked as a brokerage assistant. (May have worked for example: Gallagher Insurance, American Fidelity, Unum, Cigna, Aetna or Blue Cross Blue Shield).
Adhere to implementation strategy to support all Kemper Benefits lines of business for key accounts.
Monitor and control project work: Consistently review and submit new case feedback utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the case, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Reports roadblocks preventing delivery of superior customer experience throughout the case implementation process.
Consistently provides high quality customer experience across product lines. Continuously seeks a better way to deliver services to internal and external customers.
Leverages technology to reduce implementation duration, eliminate implementation errors, and reduce the level of effort required to implement new cases.
Partners throughout the organization understanding functional challenges to transform the implementation process.
2+ years of experience with an insurance agency is required.
Ability to work effectively with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, and similar technologies
Strong and Accurate Data Entry skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to effectively follow-up on items to full resolution
Excellent oral, written communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving techniques.
Excellent customer service skills
Insurance knowledge (especially Group Employee Benefits) and administration is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of implementation and enrollment methodologies is a plus
