SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are seeking a dedicated Implementation Coordinator who can thrive in a structured environment with a strong emphasis on following established protocols. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating resources to ensure completion of defined projects and is comfortable with rigid timelines and clear project endpoints.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the delivery of Point-of-Sale Systems and Professional Services implementations, ensuring strict adherence to company-defined protocols.

  • Coordinate team resources to keep projects on track and within budget while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's implementation process.

  • Prepare and present key project deliverables, including Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change Orders, and Status and Risk reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in project implementation or project coordination, preferably with finite projects.

  • Ability to work independently, follow structured workflows and coordinate resources to complete projects on schedule and budget.

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on teamwork and time management.

  • Familiarity with retail operations, Point-of-Sale systems, and business automation technology is preferred.
