Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our clients to understand their business needs regarding the WFR Human Resources (HR), Payroll or Time & Labor (TLM) Applications - this role will focus on HR Applications

  • Lead detailed discovery sessions with customers to determine requirements and success criteria

  • Adhere to Kronos implementation methodology

  • Demonstrate confidence and business acumen

  • Leverage your consulting experience to recommend industry best practices and lead the customer's implementation toward the best design and solution that meets their business goals

  • Utilize your technical aptitude to configure our software solution to satisfy business requirements

  • Conduct build review sessions with customer and develop pre-deployment customer test program

  • Ensure final go-live is seamless, obtain customer sign-offs and ensure high CSAT scores

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product features, functionality and new releases

  • Act as the subject matter expert and thought leader in the product area assigned

  • Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementations, upgrades, and change order projects

  • Drive consistency into WFR delivery practices by leveraging implementation and consulting experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization

  • Provide significant transfer of Kronos product knowledge to Kronos customer

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of customer facing enterprise software implementation experience - ERP, CRM or other mission-critical SaaS software

  • Demonstrated consulting experience leading high volume and highly complex customer facing software implementations

  • Excellent communication and consulting skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Experience implementing Human Resources (HR) software a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues

  • Proven ability to configure software preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Technical Services is looking for a full time Workforce Dimensions (WFD) Technology Lead to develop and deliver the next generation of technical services to support WFD. This role will be responsible for redefining the value add services the technical team delivers. * Deliver services in support of WFD Implementations. Be the Technology Lead on all implementations in flight * Develop a keen understanding of customers' needs and how our current service offerings support WFD * Responsible for defining new service offerings, including pre-requisites, packaging, and pricing * As a global company, you will need to collaborate extensively across geographies and product teams * You will ensure business and technical partner needs are aligned; you'll also own critical metrics and own business outcomes for the new services * You will train and mentor a team of talented technical consultants * Assist the Sales Teams to position and sell value add technical services Qualifications * 8 plus years strong technical consulting experience * Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * Installation, configuration and maintenance of SQL Server 2008/2012 (Industry certifications desirable) * Sound knowledge on Windows 2008/ Windows 2012 OS with setup and troubleshooting skills * Network and Load Balancing experience * Implementing Web / Application n-tier Server Architecture * Workstation installation troubleshooting including Java Runtime Engine * Citrix Experience * SQL scripting, xml, various integration techniques (desired) * Kronos HRMS technical implementation and troubleshooting experience (desired) * Outstanding consulting skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Open to Kronos employees based outside of the U.S.* Corporate overview You're empowered when you're a Kronite.
