What you'll do:

Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for delivering a set of business solution design recommendations based on PROS customers' implementation requirements. The Implementation Consultant is a trusted advisor to our customers and partners as an industry and PROS product expert. You will work across the PROS organizations as a subject matter expert on PROS software functionality and implementations.

A Day in the Life of the Implementation Consultant

• About the role:

• Act as application/training/support resource during implementation and post go-live

• Identify and deliver quantifiable business value that is consistent with the customer's objectives

• Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing timely and functional solutions

• Work alongside functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training

• Must be able to work alongside multiple disciplines within PROS, such as business development, product management, and development

• Assist Product Management with streamlining processes to smoothly and efficiently deliver new products and features to our customers

• Act as facilitator to optimize end-to-end processes between our customers and R&D teams

• Contribute to product and process documentation to further develop the Knowledge Base, answer FAQs, and review release notes

• Collect relevant information to facilitate data-driven decision-making for process design and optimization between the Product and Go-To-Market teams

Required Qualifications

• About you:

We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:

• 1-2 years of Project Management experience

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with appropriate sense of urgency and a proactive approach

• Interest in technology and an aptitude of learning the application of new technologies quickly

• Basic understanding of web development, web design, or software engineering experience

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable communicating with customers

• Must be able to work both independently and with a team

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization, externally and internally, in sales and implementation engagements

• Skilled in communicating business strategy and technical information verbally and in writing to various audiences

• Experience interacting with internal and external customers to understand data flow and processes

• Experience in working with Atlassian JIRA or a similar product

Highly Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with web content management systems (CMS)

• Experience with process design and/or business analysis

• Experience with or knowledge of HTML/CSS, any programming languages

• Project Management-related certificate such as Google Project Management Certificate or similar

• Ability to read JSON files and SQL language

• Experience with Postman test tool
