As an Implementation Advisory Services Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall initial delivery of our advisory services products to our plan sponsors and participants. You'll provide direction to all the appropriate teams to set up new plans and ongoing plan changes.

What you will do:

  • Serve primarily to ensure that plan sponsors' plans are setup is properly configured in EASY and that the appropriate setup are completed with our advisory service platforms

  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by following the standard quality control processes in place, these quality controls are a combination of checklists, reports, and series of approvals all of which are constantly in motion for improvement or being enhanced in support of new product features

  • Participate in and/or coordinates conference calls and meetings to organize effort and assist internal teams with questions or issue resolution

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding issues with internal functional areas as well as with external clients. Typical issues may be related to plan set-up, plan documents, contributions, loans, distributions, enrollment, coordination of plan-level contact or plan changes, product changes, fund adds/eliminations, forms customization or updates, and pricing changes/recoveries

  • Work to identify and develops improved operational efficiencies

  • Review and maintain the accuracy of procedure documentation

  • Partner with Empower India resources to offshore tasks

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors degree in a Business-related field or equivalent experience

  • Five years of experience in the financial services industry

  • Thorough knowledge of product, process, and quality assurance methodologies

  • MS Office skills

  • FINRA Series 65 permitted, but not required. Corporate established guidelines apply to permitted registrations

  • FINRA fingerprinting required

  • Prioritizes, schedules and manages own projects with periodic reviews with manager to discuss and decide upon priorities, scope of analyses, finding and recommendations and other problem solving that may need additional resources

Location Note: The strong preference for this role is hybrid in Greenwood Village or Overland Park. Training will be onsite in the office, then will move to hybrid after training is complete. We may consider a remote associate with strong relevant experience.

Base Salary Range

$55,800.00 - $76,800.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
