Immunology Scientist

Piper Companies is currently seeking an Immunology Scientist for an opportunity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA), to join a biotechnology company focused on genetic therapeutics.

Responsibilities of the Immunology Scientist

• Integrate into a fast-paced life sciences company to develop siRNA:centyrin conjugates for immunological diseases

• Conduct laboratory experiments on siRNA biology within the immune system and advance drug discovery programs

• Train other scientists on immunological techniques and excel in experiment design and analysis

• Communicate effectively, work collaboratively in a team, and demonstrate accountability

Qualifications of the Immunology Scientist

• 2+ years of immunology experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries

• Proficiency in immunological techniques like ELISA/MSD assays, flow cytometry (2+ colors), and primary immune cell purification

• Laboratory experience in academic and industrial settings is required

• Bachelor's Degree (required) or Master's Degree (preferred) in Biology, Immunology, or related science

Compensation for the Immunology Scientist

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
