JOB TYPE: Temporary/Part-Time/Seasonal

Pay for Guest Services Representative is $11.00 per hour or $11.50 per hour for military or veterans.

Pay for Unarmed Security Guards is $13.00 per hour or $13.50 per hour for military or veterans.

Immediate Part-Time opportunity for guest services representatives and guard carded security guards to work at our over 2000 events that we manage per year. This is a work when you want to work position. The amount you earn is up to you.

  • Serves as company ambassador at various events

  • Be the face of PRO EM with professionalism and a friendly smile

  • Willingness to assist our clients, vendors and patrons

  • Greets and welcomes all attending guests during the event

  • Responds promptly to guest inquiries and provides information pertaining to the event

  • Notifies supervisor and/or security of all unusual events and circumstances related to the event


  • Watch for irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations; contacts emergency responders, such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel as required

  • Remains alert for the presence of unauthorized persons and/or security code violators; approaches suspicious person and/or notifies police as appropriate; may confront and detain violators, as required, until police arrive

  • Patrols assigned area on foot or in motor vehicle, as assigned, to ensure personal, building, and equipment security

  • Examines doors, windows, and gates to ensure security; uses client keys to open and close buildings; monitors closed buildings for unauthorized persons and/or suspicious activities

  • Prepares routine, standardized reports

  • Provides escorts as necessary

  • Informs and warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles


  • Must have a current AZ Guard Card


  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing

  • Ability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time

  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions

  • Ability to comprehend numerous policies, procedures, concepts and to respond using discretion based on general and client-specific policies

  • Ability to maintain accurate records

  • Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations

What will I be doing in this job? − Providing clinical supervision of LMSW's and coordinating/providing training and staff development − Providing Clinical Social Work coverage coordinating/managing patient care and treatment with hospital and multidisciplinary treatment teams − Coordinating, training, and supervising bachelor and master level social work interns from accredited universities − Attending and participating in professional conferences, workshops, and/or seminars to comply with ongoing professional education and training requirements of the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners What does this job require? − Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Independent License) and must have completed the requirements to be approved by the AzBBHE to provide clinical supervision − Knowledge of principles, concepts, and current practices of mental health treatment programs, state and federal statutes, rules, regulations, and standards affecting the Arizona State Hospital; Psychodynamics, Psychopathology, and treatment interventions models for patients with mental health/psychological problems; proficient in conducting psychosocial assessments; treatment planning; and facilitating individual and group therapy; models of and implementation of supervision as it relates to clinical social work supervision; key statutes, and the judicial system as it relates to civil and forensic commitments − Skills in providing therapeutic and clinical services to patients in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting and clinical supervision to LMSW's; diplomatic and professional demeanor; computer programs in Microsoft office suite, and electronic medical records − Ability to provide clinical supervision to master level social workers, and provide clinical social work services to patients of the Arizona State Hospital − Support a diverse multi-cultural workforce that reflects the community, promotes equal opportunity at all levels of public employment, and creates an inclusive work environment that enables all individuals to perform to their fullest potential free from discrimination Qualifications?
