Position Summary The Administrative Team Specialist (ATS)/Clinical Coordinator/Advanced Certified Medical Assistant provides administrative support for the specified IMAT clinic. This position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and performing office duties as assigned per the IMAT guidelines and policies and procedures.

This individual will take a leadership role in the clinic and will follow strict clinical guidelines. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High School diploma is preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A Experience: 2+ years of prior experience working in healthcare as a Medical Assistant. Prior computer software experience using word processing, spreadsheets and databases is preferred.

Above average oral and written communication skills Ability to problem solve Ability to prioritize and be productive in a fast paced setting Ability to create and maintain efficient file and record management systems to meet state law and regulatory requirements Normal use and management of office equipment and procedures Utilizes effective computer skills in the following areas: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Electronic Medical Record
