The Document Management System (DMS) is a homegrown system that houses over 2,000,000 imaged documents for easy retrieval. Access entitlements and categorization allows different manners of retrieval.
Imaging Specialist must be able to work independently with a diverse group of DMS users across the US Private Bank. Candidate will supervise staff and interface daily with the Technology Team. Candidate will become the Subject Matter Expert for DMS and be viewed as the de facto 'owner'.
Provides day-to-day operational control, management and supervisory oversight for all Imaging
Services and its staff
Provides upper management with operational status reports, as requested
Utilize Citi Private Bank Application such as DMS, OneSource and RIS to log and track new and updated documentation
Document any procedural changes in the current workflow and communicates those changes back to the staff (employees)
Provides support for UAT testing
Manages scanned documentation for trust offices across the US and retrieve files as requested
Identifies "customized job request" with client, when deemed necessary
Provides on-going "User Training"
Support the Business by providing root cause analysis of Client visible issues and reporting results.
Support MCA testing, internal and external audits
Upload hardcopies of documents to DMS, catalog and send to the warehouse
Retrieve documents from the warehouse upon request and return when sent back
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of account opening documentation or the ability to be a fast learner
In-depth knowledge of the Imaging process and system.
Must have a quality-control mindset
People management, training and coaching
Extremely organized and detailed oriented, focused and goal driven
Possess the ability to work in a high volume environment where meeting client expectations are a priority
Strong team player with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
