  • Full time
  • 40 hours a week! Two Shifts, Monday through Friday:
  • 2nd shift
  • 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
  • 3rd shift
  • 10:00 pm to 6:30 am
  • Location: 1137 Branchton Road, Boyers, PA 16020

  • Salary: $15.00/hr, Up to $4.23 Per Hour Additional (if no benefits taken)

Position Summary:

  • Index Key Data into multiple software applications

  • Print Document Control Sheets for all records

  • Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning - document preparation

  • Scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image

  • Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking

Job Requirements:

  • All applicants' are required to successfully obtain a Public Trust Clearance due to the nature of the work

  • Data Entry or Indexing Experience Familiarity with PC and other computer related products and printers.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.

  • The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.

  • Understand the importance of detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Education: High School diploma or equivalent Attire must be presentable and appropriate for the working environment #RC

Job Summary: The Technical Solution Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery, implementation, and long term support of Digital Solutions (DS) for new and existing Federal, State, and Local government customers. The Technical Solution Manager works directly with customer business, internal operations, and IT resources to implement business process management solutions and manage the solution life cycle by developing system requirements, technical designs, managing software engineering resources, testing and deploying the solution. The Technical Solution Manager is also responsible for working closely with the sales organization, field operations, DS Management, and account management to coordinate and execute the implementation and to develop and/or enhance tools and processes for the purpose of improved efficiencies, performance and reporting. The Technical Solution Manager is responsible for long term change management and technical support management for assigned customers for the life of the account. Essential Job Functions: ⬥Leads all phases of a customer's DS technical project: works directly with customer project management and technical resources, and provides direction to cross-functional technical team members. ⬥Utilize industry expertise implementing projects that include FISMA, FedRAMP, ATOs, and other government-specific requirements to successfully design technical solutions and lead both internal and customer stakeholders through the effort .⬥Partners with internal Operational stakeholders to meet internal performance requirements (including quality and financial targets), create processing efficiencies, and support day-to-day business delivery through the technical solutions we provide. ⬥Develops detailed project plans utilizing various scheduling tools for all project phases. ⬥Develops and documents detailed system design specifications, technical project requirements and system functional design diagrams. ⬥Hosts and leads steering level meetings with internal and customer executive level stakeholders. ⬥Leads both internal and external project team meetings to assist with open communications and project progress. Develops and manages weekly status reports and issue logs. Utilizes reporting tools to measure and communicate progress, quality and compliance. ⬥Manages a team of assigned technical resources through the DS Implementation and Change Management Processes, including customer requirements, solution design, solution development, and testing activities. ⬥Navigates both internally and externally within the customer's organization to access resources and build consensus regarding strategy and direction of the DS project. ⬥Analyzes and resolves issues. Receives, tracks and reports on customer reported technical issues and drives them to completion. Escalates to senior management when required. ⬥Develops internal and external workflows along with associated training documents. Assists with the training of local field operations to implement and service customers. ⬥Identifies potential product and services opportunities during the project. ⬥Supports and promotes Iron Mountain core values. Prior Experience: Requires 3-5 plus years of proven project management experience supporting government projects.
