We invite you to join our team as an Imaging Liaison for our Outpatient Imaging Centers in Virginia. We're looking for a dynamic individual to focus on providing customer service and marketing information to physicians, medical groups, to increase referrals and develop relationships with our communities. Serves as the liaison between the facility and referring sources, such as physicians' offices for the purpose of communicating needs and interests. Acts as the communication link to assist in resolution of issues and perceived problems that may affect potential referrals. Provides input to management and assists with the development of long and short term marketing goals and objectives.

  • Develops, manages, and expands physician and community relationships for the outpatient imaging centers to include relationship building with physicians, leadership, office staff and the community.

  • Additional responsibilities include marketing, planning and hosting community and physician events, customer service, and assisting with patient referral coordination.

  • Develops, expands and maintains professional relationships with new and existing physician partners and the community.

  • Facilitates communication between radiologists, leadership and physicians and their staff to promote relationships and assist in problem solving and ongoing customer service.

Requirements

Requirements :

Experience

  • Sales and/or clinical experience with a sales record that demonstrates progressive increases in revenue generation.

  • Required: 2 or more years of direct, solid experience in sales, or 3-4 years of clinical experience.

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Graduate of accredited school/program of radiography.

Licensure

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Special Skills

  • Required: Proficient English, verbal and communication skills, computer skills.

  • Preferred: Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to recognize potential problems and provide fast solutions.

Ability to work alone - self-motivated.

Computer skills such as database maintenance, report generating, etc.

Ability to maintain a working knowledge of current topics and trends radiology.

Strong ability to perform many tasks simultaneously.

Communicates regularly with copy and print team, store managers and is regularly networking with all associates in order to grow book of business. * People: Involved in the selection, recruitment and performance assessments of CPC associates * Selling: Champions Copy & Print selling programs; Exhibit and Inspired Selling behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, associates and management and coaches team of associates to do the same; Serves as a Selling and Service role model for whole store. When possible, delegates operational tasks to Copy & Print team. Active in copy & print associate scheduling process. Stay current on new Copy and Print technologies, products and services.
