Job Title: Image Production Specialist

Job Location: Mission, Kansas

Job Summary:
The Image Production Specialist works on a team which collectively edits, QAs, and prepares digital image files for ScriptPro's drug database, which accompanies ScriptPro's products.

Reporting Relationship: Industry Data Resources Manager

Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

  • Editing digital images for presentation in database

  • Quality Assurance of image work

  • Follow current methods and procedures for image editing and file processing

  • Perform QA on image work edited by colleagues

  • Continually develop editing procedures as new technologies become available

  • Assist with maintaining Image Production written procedures

  • Utilize expertise to troubleshoot image problems

  • Photography onsite photo shoot when needed

  • Photography shoots IDR when needed

  • Image processing of machine parts

  • Assist with other department initiatives and database projects as needed

  • Sourcing images from a variety of sources

  • Working within a team to coordinate image production work and throughput

Education and Experience

Requirements:
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop

  • Familiar with Windows 7/10 environment

  • Dedicated to producing high quality work product

  • Attention to detail and quality control

  • Productive, organized and able to manage a high volume of work

Attributes Desired:

  • Digital photography and lighting skills

Working Conditions:

This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.

VIEW JOBS 3/21/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-19T00:00 Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Job Location: Mission, KS Job Summary: The QA Specialist reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager in the Customer Service Department and is responsible for QA testing, scheduling, resource planning, and assistance with the oversight of the QA program. The QA Specialist also assists with CS departmental activities and projects as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager. Reporting Relationship: Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Service Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro. Scope of Role: * Conduct QA testing for all products identified for additional evaluation * Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems found in testing effectively and efficiently * Assist in the develop of testing plans for all products, be able to read and review site specs, and prepare hardware for QA testing * Continually improve upon existing testing procedures and processes * Understand the severity of problems encountered in testing and ensure that nothing leaves ScriptPro with known issues that do not have a resolution * Create additional hardware focused testing procedures to improve current tests * Perform quality testing to ensure robotics units comply with Field Service standards * Work closely with Manufacturing to improve standard operating and burn in procedures * Conduct lessons learned meetings on implementation gaps to generate engineering and manufacturing changes * Design or assists with test scenario development for all robotics models * Accurately schedule testing resources and maintain a master schedule for test planning * Plan and oversee project work with attention to deadlines, dependencies, and established completion objectives * Train testing resources as necessary and monitor their testing performance * Escalate problems to proper resources for expedient resolution * Describe problem details accurately and communicate problems confidently and professionally * Work with various departments at ScriptPro to find alternative solutions to issues that do not have a final resolution at the end of testing * Call and lead troubleshooting meetings with multiple departments * Provide meeting summaries including decisions made and assigned deliverables * Follow-up to ensure problems are being worked in a timely manner * Ensure SIR's and PI's are entered for issues encountered during testing and that the descriptions of the issues are updated and accurate * Work with Manufacturing to enhance testing processes upstream from QA testing as necessary * Engage with the Product Improvement Lead team to ensure new hardware and software are tested properly * Research features in new software builds and test the functionality accordingly * Build cross-departmental relationships * Assist with data gathering and analysis for monthly and quarterly QA reports * Complete work with minimal supervision * Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned * Perform administrative functions for the Customer Service department as needed by the Quality Assurance Manager Education and Experience Requirements: * Knowledge of ScriptPro Hardware & Software * Pharmacy Experience * Quality Assurance Testing Experience * Understanding of PI and SIR processes Attributes Desired: * Represent ScriptPro in a professional manner * Exhibit attention to detail in all areas of work * Be productive, organized, and able to manage deadlines * Have the ability to prioritize projects appropriately, work with complex timelines, and meet department objectives * Have the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality outcomes * Display effective communication skills as well as problem solving and analytical skills * Maintain a positive attitude when solving problems * Exhibit intrinsic motivation when solving problems * Possess excellent customer service skills and always be customer focused * Demonstrate the ability to work independently and drive work to completion * Exhibit leadership and think strategically * Maintain an expert level knowledge of industry best practices and technologies * Demonstrate proficiency in all commonly used ScriptPro policies, processes, and procedures Working Conditions: This position operates in an office environment.
