Responsibilities

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of scripting languages VB/WSH/Autoit, Cmd, PowerShell

  • VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration

  • Knowledge and experience of leading initiatives / providing leadership

  • Extensive Knowledge of systems design and architecture principles of current and emerging operating systems and technologies

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Advanced Image Development

  • Create manuals and detailed sets of instructions

  • identify new products and solutions, and research solutions for existing clients

  • Provide coaching, leadership and technical expertise for other System Engineers

  • Advanced Troubleshooting (L3)

  • Extensive knowledge and experience delivering most of the following services Storage, Backup, NTP, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, PXE, Virtualization, Group Policy, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Databases, firmware/BIOS/UEFI support

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with most of the following applications VMware, Virtual Box, Hyper-V, SCCM, MDT

  • Performance and Tuning

  • Installing and configuring OSD Management Tools

  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

  • Write and maintain technical implementation documentation on existing services and systems

  • Ensure that new deployments are handed over to the Administrators with appropriate documentation and training

3+ Years of Experience in a similar role

The candidate is responsible for safely andefficiently executing their work within our customer's facility in the Philadelphia,PA area and other customer facilities as needed. The position will require performing work inboth field and laboratory settings to support Baker Hughes' current andpotential new programs. The candidate will work collaboratively with bothco-workers and customers to solve complex problems within the customer'sfacility on a daily basis.
