A Day in the Life of an Image Consultant:

You'll be responsible for the face-to face consultations and enrolling new clients into one our many solutions.

  • Generates enthusiasm for purchasing one of Hair Club's all proven solutions.

  • Ability to address and overcome sales objections.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals (monthly budgets and sales drivers). Closes sale and finalizes all transaction details.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience- experience selling an intangible a plus

  • Solid communicator- can articulate key selling points.

  • Persuasive selling techniques, ability to educate and encourage clients on changing promotions.

  • Confident, self - driven, and motivated.

  • Proven record of accomplishments as a top ranked performer.

  • Passionate and energetic about helping others and displaying a genuine caring compassion.

  • Honest, trustworthy and ethical- build and preserve strong client and team relationships.

  • Willing to continuously improve, possess an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.

  • Strong active listening skills.

  • Giving all clients the best service and ultimate client experience ("UCE").

  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a plus.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Financial Consultants deliver advice to Personal Services Individual Investors or Terminated Workplace Participants in RPS. The primary objective for these associates is to drive Net New Flows or Retain assets in TRP. The Financial Consultant will establish relationships with personal investors or workplace participants in an effort to understand their broader investment planning needs, potential 401k distribution options, and the potential for consolidation or retention, resulting in high client satisfaction as well and/or acquisition and retention of assets and relationships to the firm. Financial Consultants serving in this capacity require a high degree of financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple clients/participants in different stages of the buying process. Additionally, it is critical that the Financial Consultant understand the complexities related to retirement and investment planning. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers consultations to individual investors/participants and advises/educates them on making informed decisions regarding their investment and retirement goals. Proactively seeks to understand their broader investment planning needs (influence new assets to TRP). List of specific tasks includes: * Discusses complex financial planning topics * Leverages the consultative model consistently * Proactively offers T. Rowe Price insights and thought leadership * Uncovers additional opportunities (i.e. outside assets, external referrals, etc.) * Demonstrates financial acumen by providing advice (using appropriate tools) on investments and services to meet the customer's financial goals * Discusses various "what if" retirement and investment scenarios and uncovers potential impact and risks * Understands the intricacies and nuances related to each client's retirement plan * Effectively brands T. Rowe Price solutions for current clients Diligently manages opportunities in an effort to nurture client/participant relationships * Serves as a single point of contact and assists client through challenging transitions * Leverages a consistent follow-up process to move sales opportunities forward * Manages calendar and leads box effectively and optimally to execute on results Proactively assists in the consolidation of assets to TRP by partnering with Client Development & II Service or RPS teams as well as back office departments. * Ensures all transactions and administrative processes are accomplished for each client * Provides direction and information to the Retail (RAM) and RPS (PST) processing departments on rollovers to ensure that assets in motion are accurately and efficiently moved from the resigning institution (including TRP) to TRP. QUALIFICATIONS Required * FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses * Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) (obtained within 180 days of hire) * College degree and 1 year of related work experience, or Associate degree and 3 years related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and 5 years related work experience * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Demonstrated strong people savvy skills * Demonstrated ability to understand an individual's stated and unstated needs and respond appropriately to those needs * Uses differing questioning techniques to validate important information such as client decision stage. * Demonstrated competencies for dealing with higher value clients including judgment, business acumen, independent time and process management, balancing multiple priorities and partnering with referring peers. * Demonstrated strong analytical skills. * Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into parts and offer solutions in a clear and simple manner. * Demonstrates the ability to translate complex information and situations into a clear and simple message * Strong consultative sales expertise and acts as a trusted advisor.
