Design and maintain data models within oSCI (IBM Cognos) that support the creation of reports and dashboards for the Inventory Management team.
Design and deliver reports and insights that analyze Inventory Management functions and performance metrics using various reporting tools.
Train Inventory Management team members to utilize dashboards and reports using the oSCI (IBM Cognos) platform.
Train Inventory Management Business Analysts to create or modify reports and dashboards using the oSCI (IBM Cognos) platform.
Work with key internal business units to assess and document the gaps between business requirements, processes, and system capabilities.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the Inventory Management Team and collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and implement solutions.
Facilitate communication and escalations with business units both internally and externally to remedy issues and collaborate on opportunities.
Education and Experience
Completion of a diploma/degree from an accredited post-secondary institute in business, supply chain, engineering, or science
3+ years of demonstrated knowledge and working experience in a supply chain, demand planning or replenishment-related environment
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Azure
2-3 years Azure working experience
Advanced knowledge in creating data models, queries, reports, and dashboards in IBM Cognos
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
Experience with demand forecasting/replenishment systems is an asset
Strong analytical/quantitative thinking and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated and responsible; must be able to work collaboratively with a team and lead training initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate technical, analytical/quantitative, or conceptual information and ideas to senior management
