Responsibilities

Noblis MSD's mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) and their missions' to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. We are looking to hire an ILS Specialist to provide support to various ship programs for the US Navy.

The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Certification Specialist candidate will directly work with Navy Logistics, ILS Documentation, and the Navy Supply System. This position will provide direct Government support.

Facilitate the development and the integration of the supporting ILS Documentation for the Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment installed across the US Navy. Additional duties may include the following:

Provide Life Cycle Logistics and ILS support for all Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment installed across the US Navy.

Collect and analyze data for the purpose of providing metrics for ILS Feedback Reports.

Provide direct support to the assigned Government Logistics Program Manager.

Update and develop ILS Certifications

Assist in the integration of the supporting ILS Documentation for all HM&E Systems and Equipment.

Provide monthly ILS status and metrics reports, assist in the facilitation of meetings and program reviews.

Operating in CDMD-OA and working knowledge of MBPS

This a hybrid position that will allow you to work from home part of the time and you will also have to work out of the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelors degree and 3+ years of logistics experience. An additional 6+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • ILS certification experience

  • Navy HM&E background

  • Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • CVN logistics experience
  • COP file expereince

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status.

Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.

USD $56,000.00 - USD $98,000.00 /Yr.
