Illustrator/Designer Emerging Brands

Fanatics is seeking passionate and driven individuals to spearhead our league initiatives to create professional designs and material that enhance apparel collections through visual storytelling. We seek designers with a strong understanding of brand identity, color, graphic design, and basic production art techniques.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for designing creative graphic artwork for various licenses including (but not limited to) NASCAR, UFC, Harley-Davidson, Disney, Marvel with a strong focus on high-end, illustrative graphics

  • Must know which types of designs will work best for different decoration techniques such as: screen print, direct to garment, transfers, embroidery, etc.

  • Strong application of expert typography skills

  • Use knowledge about trends, consumer insights, new opportunities, and competition to influence your design aesthetic

  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of color theory, concept development and branding

  • Confidently share fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity and promote new ideas

  • Partner with the Operations team on new graphic placements and applications such as: foils, new inks, etc.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a Graphic Designer/Illustrator position

  • (REQUIRED) Must provide a strong professional portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills/abilities

  • Expert level knowledge using Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Advanced skills in typography

  • Strong knowledge of color theory and production art techniques

  • Intermediate level use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity working within project management systems

  • Working understanding of Screen Printing and Direct-To-Garment processes

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; should be able to deliver ideas and decisions in a professional manner

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Must be able to work effectively and cross-functionally across all teams and departments

  • Passion for great product and design.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes and competing agendas

  • Can manage projects individually or as a part of a team.

  • Results driven and solutions focused

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts or a related field

  • Knowledgeable on Motorsports and racing a plus

  • Familiarity with peripheral Adobe programs such as Acrobat and InDesign

Interline Brands, Inc. (Interline) is among the nation's largest distributors and direct marketers of specialty maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products, both branded and private label. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be tasked with providing a customer with a consistent experience by being their main daily contact person to fulfill their supply needs. A strong focus will be placed on increasing our share of wallet, driving customer satisfaction and inventory management. Enhancing the customer's purchasing experience by quick resolution of customer inquiries and support their needs by partnering with internal and external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes as needed. Under the guidance of the Regional VMI Sales & Operations Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining all day to day functions in a Vendor Managed Inventory facility. This includes but is not limited to the following: filling customer orders, receiving in inventory, maintaining "regional items", completing the proper control reports, and contributing to sales growth. Specific duties include: * Establish and maintain a great partnership with this customer * Establish a comprehensive understanding of Barnett's product offering, service platform and processes * Learn and understand the basic applications of the products that we sell and how to partner with both internal and external resources to provide solutions to customers * Timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders for the customer * Properly receive daily replenishment and branch transfers to maintain accurate inventory * Complete all control reports and tasks in the intervals described in the Operations Manual * Monitor and adjust "Min / Max" levels on an ongoing basis to maintain the proper levels of inventory * Maintain a clean and professional warehouse * Follow open issues through to resolution and escalate problems as needed * Recognize and communicate to the VMI RSOM both market and customer business conditions * Consistent communicate with the customer to ensure proper product stocking levels, seasonal fluctuations, new product offerings, and daily operations * Upsell and cross sell customer on products MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 40%- Timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders for the customer.
